Delete your account
Once Twokeep launches, you will be able to delete your account in the app at any time. If you no longer have the app, use this form.
What deleting your account does
This is the planned behaviour; the final wording will be set before launch.
- Every vault you share is removed for both of you, including items your partner added.
- Your phone is signed out and its access is revoked.
- Copies saved outside the vault, such as originals in a photo library or screen recordings, are not affected.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there.
- We keep only the records we must, such as a record that the deletion happened and reports already submitted. The privacy policy will list them.
- Before anything is deleted, we confirm that the request comes from the account holder.

Before you send
Twokeep is not available yet. The service starts accepting this form when it launches; until then it answers that the request was not accepted, so after you send it you may see an error page. If that happens, write to [email protected] instead.
The form is sent directly to the Twokeep service. This site stores nothing you type; your browser's own autofill may remember the email address. A Cloudflare Turnstile check will be added before the service launches; the service will verify it.
